Mistakes to Avoid When Using Bonuses
Claiming a Bonus Without Reading the Conditions
Each bonus has a different wagering multiplier. Claiming a bonus without knowing the terms may cause problems at the time of withdrawal.
Withdrawing Before Wagering is Complete
Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met cancels the bonus and you lose any winnings earned from it.
Trying to Open Multiple Accounts
Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts can result in all bonuses being cancelled.
Claiming After the Time Limit
Weekly and Friday offers must be activated within a specific time window. Claiming late means the offer will not be available.
Betting on Ineligible Games
Some bonuses apply only to specific game categories. The slot bonus applies to slot games only.
Increasing Bet Amounts Irresponsibly
Do not bet beyond your budget in order to complete wagering. Follow the responsible gaming guidelines.
