1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the h baazi platform and all services included within it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and the entity operating h baazi ("we").

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

h baazi reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to check this page regularly.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity or difference in interpretation, the original Bengali text shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use any service on h baazi. If an underage user is found to have registered fraudulently, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds held in it may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other personal details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may cause problems during account verification and may result in withdrawal requests being put on hold.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal or at any time, h baazi may request a National ID card, passport, or other documents to verify your identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after a request is made, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact h baazi customer support immediately. h baazi is not responsible for any transactions carried out before it is notified.

3.3 Account Transfer

Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. Allowing any third party to manage your account is also not permitted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods

h baazi currently processes transactions through the mobile financial services available in Bangladesh. The accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for all methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if account verification is pending or a security review is required.

4.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds deposited come from a legitimate source and are in no way connected to financial fraud or illegal activity. If suspicious transactions are observed, h baazi reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets before you are eligible to withdraw.

5.2 Other Current Bonuses

h baazi offers various time-based bonuses for regular members. The weekly h baazi Deposit Festival gives a 30% deposit bonus up to ৳6,000 with 18x wagering. The h baazi Slots Fun Bonus gives a 50% deposit bonus on slot games up to ৳8,000 with 20x wagering. The Friday h baazi Dhamaka gives up to a 40% deposit bonus up to ৳10,000 with 15x wagering. The h baazi Birthday Gift gives verified members a reward of up to ৳2,000 once a year with 10x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A specific time limit may apply to claiming a bonus.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If suspicious betting activity is observed on an account, h baazi reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended and related winnings may be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Decisions

Any decision to bet or play games on h baazi is entirely your own and independent. The platform only provides a gaming environment — no guarantee of winning or losing is given, nor can it be.

6.2 Technical Issues

h baazi is not responsible for internet disconnections or technical errors that occur during a game. In such situations, the outcome of the game round will be considered final according to the system log.

6.3 Right to Cancel Bets

For sports betting, h baazi reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following situations:

• If a match is abandoned or does not take place.
• If incorrect odds are published and the bettor clearly takes an unusual advantage.
• If there is clear evidence that the outcome of an event was predetermined before the match.
• If incorrect information is displayed due to a system error.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

For casino games and slots, the result confirmed by the system is final. If there is any discrepancy with the animation or visual effects shown on the game screen, the server log will be considered authoritative.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h baazi platform:

• Systematically placing opposing bets to meet bonus requirements (arbitrage betting).
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using any software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to harass, deceive, or harm other users.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering.
• Making transactions using another person's account or payment method.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and funds held in it may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

h baazi is committed to providing uninterrupted service as far as possible, but our liability is limited in the following situations:

• Technical issues caused by third-party game providers.
• Game sessions affected by internet service disruptions.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, server attacks, or government directives.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.

In any situation, h baazi's liability will be limited to a maximum of the current balance in your account. h baazi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

By registering, you consent to h baazi using your information for service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. Your information is not sold to third parties.

The platform uses SSL encryption to keep data secure. Sensitive financial information is stored on secure servers.

10. Responsible Gaming

h baazi believes that gambling is a form of entertainment only — not a solution to financial problems. We are committed to promoting a culture of responsible gaming.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance in the account at the time of the closure request (free of wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal.

11.2 Closure at h baazi's Initiative

h baazi may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. h baazi may impose a maintenance fee on the balance of an inactive account.

12. Dispute Resolution and Contact

For any complaint or dispute, please first contact h baazi customer support. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in both Bengali and English, via live chat and email.

After a complaint is submitted, an initial response will be attempted within 7 business days. Complex matters may take longer to resolve.
